Returns & Exchanges Policy
Made to Order
At Baby Byte, each garment is produced on demand. This made-to-order model allows us to minimise waste and maintain a more considered approach to production.
As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, preference, or general dissatisfaction.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, garment specifications, and sizing information carefully prior to placing an order.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund where a product is faulty or defective, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description or imagery provided, or is incorrect to the item ordered.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your request, please include your full name and order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence.
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where a claim is approved, Baby Byte will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Order Processing & Changes
As all items are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.
For this reason, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations, modifications, or address changes once an order has been placed.
